First Hike of 2016

First Hike of 2016

Last year, our resolution was to go outdoors more. Enjoy what nature has to offer. We found out we had lots of beautiful sights to visit within 30 minutes of where we live! One we visited quite frequently was Sweetwater Creek State Park. It’s where we started our resolution in 2015, so we decided to start 2016 here as well.

Fall around us

Fall around us

Braves Game Part 2

Braves Game Part 2

Kennesaw Mountain Hike

The views from the top are beautiful and you can even see Atlanta, Buckhead and Dunwoody. Also we could even see Stone Mountain. Absolutely a lovely hike and it wasn’t too bad but a bit of a workout.

Atlanta History Center Part 2

Atlanta History Center Part 2

Along with the Swan house there is a civil war era farm and a small museum too. We also went to the Swan House restaurant which had absolutely yummy desserts. We even ran into our friends Gabi and Peter towards the end of the day. Although we ran out of time to get a group photo in front of the Swan House 🙁
